Tournament Details

Event Dates: November 6-9th, 2008
Over 2,000 of North Carolina’s best adult and senior tennis players from around the state are packing their bags and heading for Winston-Salem to compete in the 2008 North Carolina Combo Doubles State Championships.
Divisons of play: Beginner to Advanced.
Play will begin bright and early on Thrusday morning and continue until the last match is decided on Sunday afternoon.
Matches will be played at 17 sites in the Winston-Salem area, including Tanglewood Community Tennis Center (tournament headquarters).
Only 17 teams will earn state championship crowns and be granted passage on to the USTA Southern Sectional Championships to be held January 23-27, 2009 in Mobile, AL.
The North Carolina USTA League Super Senior State Championships will host a player’s party on Friday from 7pm-11pm at the Tanglewood Ballroom at the Golf Club.
USTA League Tennis was established to provide adult recreational tennis players throughout the country the opportunity to compete against players of similar ability levels.
